Empower young minds to think differently

Empower young minds to think differently •

Help them tackle today’s challenges head-on.

Young people today are facing a never-ending stream of challenges. Anxiety levels are at an all-time high, technology has a tight grip on all of us, and it feels like the world can change in the blink of an eye.

For employers, educators, parents, and even peers, it’s painful to watch.

But as someone who has recently stood in their shoes, I’m here to tell you this: to set themselves up for future success, young people need to start thinking differently now.

Do you know a young person who is…

Struggling to thrive because of self-doubt and anxiety?

Addicted to their phone and social media?

Lacking the mental resilience to cope with change?

The solution:

They need a robust mental toolkit to help them succeed, both while studying and well into the future.

…and that’s where I come in.

Meet Paris McNeil

Hi, I’m Paris!

Through engaging presentations, interactive training, and impactful 1:1 coaching, I empower my audiences with the skills to face complex modern issues.

As a Gen Z , I grew up just like your students and graduates. I understand the pressures of being chronically online, surrounded by technology, and filled with anxiety. I’ve lived it, but I’ve carved out a different path for myself by forming resilient coping mechanisms.

I’m passionate about providing the resources they need to do the same. I work with young people across Australia to build confidence, harness their strengths, and make an impact.

Where I’ve presented

By thinking differently, we can reignite hope and create the resilience we need to take on future challenges

Praise for Paris McNeil

  • I wanted to share my positive experience with Paris's leadership training. It was engaging, educational, and well presented. The Young Leaders came out of the session feeling confident and excited with their new leadership skills. Paris's enthusiasm and kindness made the session enjoyable, and her approach was both informative and practical.

  • It was an absolute pleasure to have Paris attend the City of Wanneroo Childhood and Youth Services team meeting. This provided our team with an understanding of the social media ban proposal that would affect young people in our local community. Paris was very engaging and knowledgeable about the topic and had a real understanding of the different effects this ban could potentially have on young people. Throughout the session the team collaborated to establish conversations that could be had with young people and the wider community ensuring consistent messaging across Federal, State and local government.

  • Paris really set us up for the afternoon and it was great to see the students put her tips into practice in the activities later on in the afternoon. Paris spoke well so that our Year 7 students could really understand and grasp the concepts she was putting forward. It was great to see her have a laugh and rapport with them. The students continued to use terms such as: active listening, empathy and leading by example. This was down to Paris and her delivery!

  • Paris was a wonderful speaker who gave so much insight from her own personal experience transitioning from university to the work life. I found a lot of relevance to her experiences and the ways she’s dealt with the feeling of imposter syndrome, this talk has been incredibly beneficial.

  • Paris is an incredibly talented speaker, and I was genuinely blown away by the practical tips and insights she shared on how to connect with audiences and deliver memorable presentations. From strategies to speak confidently on the spot, to techniques for keeping people engaged throughout, her advice was both actionable and inspiring.

  • Paris delivered an engaging presentation to our Year 7–10 students on the upcoming social media ban. She was both relatable and informative, helping our students better understand the implications of the ban and how to prepare for life without social media. Thank you Paris!
