Praise for Paris McNeil

  • I wanted to share my positive experience with Paris's leadership training. It was engaging, educational, and well presented. The Young Leaders came out of the session feeling confident and excited with their new leadership skills. Paris's enthusiasm and kindness made the session enjoyable, and her approach was both informative and practical.

Orlarne Marche, Town of Victoria Park, Youth Programs Officer

  • Thank you, Paris for provoking thought and sharing insights with our Year 6 cohort. We were delighted to host you at the College.

Bek Duykers (Deputy Principal) – Coomera Anglican College

  • Paris really set us up for the afternoon and it was great to see the students put her tips into practice in the activities later on in the afternoon. Paris spoke well so that our Year 7 students could really understand and grasp the concepts she was putting forward. It was great to see her have a laugh and rapport with them. The students continued to use terms such as: active listening, empathy and leading by example. This was down to Paris and her delivery!

Emma Sykes – Prendiville Catholic College

  • Paris was a wonderful speaker who gave so much insight from her own personal experience transitioning from university to the work life. I found a lot of relevance to her experiences and the ways she’s dealt with the feeling of imposter syndrome, this talk has been incredibly beneficial.

Learn the lifelong skills to cope with anything

Learn the lifelong skills to cope with anything •

Hi, I’m Paris!

I’ve been speaking in schools around Australia for over 7 years now. After graduating from high school, I wanted to take the ‘mental toolkit’ I’d built and share it with other young people to help them develop key life skills, including resilience, critical thinking, and leadership.

I saw my friends and peers struggling: addicted to their phones, victims of their anxiety, and constantly worried about the world around them. I knew that by meeting Gen Z students where they are, I could have a true impact on their mental health and coping skills.

Supported by my own experiences navigating the world as a young person, I speak on topical issues including resilience for the digital world, anxiety, networking, improving your relationship with your phone, learning to lead, and more.
